Jericko Media respects the privacy of its clients and visitors. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

We collect:

Identity & contact data — name, email address, phone, mailing/billing address.
Transaction data — purchases and payment confirmation (full card numbers are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
Content — photographs, video, and related materials you provide or that we create for you.
Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the Site is used.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and maintain the Site and gallery services; to process purchases; to deliver files; to provide support; to notify you of service changes; to detect and address technical or security issues; and, where you have opted in, to send news, offers, or updates.

3. Third Parties Who Process Data

We share limited data only with service providers that help us operate:

Pixieset — gallery delivery and downloads;
Netlify — hosting of jericko.media;
[CONFIRM: Stripe / Square / Pixieset checkout] — payment processing;
Plausible — privacy-focused, cookieless usage analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Our analytics provider, Plausible, is cookieless: it does not track you across sites or store personal identifiers. Our Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the Site and gallery to function.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal and transaction data only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Project files are retained per the applicable Services Agreement, after which they may be archived or deleted.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may request to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing media@jerickollc.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email. Finalized deliverables and edits are final unless a Services Agreement states otherwise.

8. California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may request the categories of personal information we have collected about you and request its deletion, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions. Submit requests to media@jerickollc.com. We do not sell personal information.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy and will post the revised version here with a new Effective Date. Please review periodically.
